"Kitch music"
Comments of the author:

Having named my work "Kitsch music" I thought I had defined an area where one can make things impermissible in other places, it means I defined an unrestricted aesthetic area. In this case I allow musicians to be not connected with aesthetics where there is "high" and "low", allow low-grade intonations, "second-grade" that is forbidden to touch. A new aesthetic area is created, but it is possible only within the certian bounds and time space. It is the same when we go down the street and there is a sign: here you can run barefoot, jump and shout, but only in this area.

Musicians who will play it, will do it with pleasure. I looked at their faces - they smiled, conductor got a kick out of it. Because this is not rigorous music they have to play stone faced, they can play pranks for a while. but this musical prank is arranged one. What they doy in the beginning - take out mouthpieces and whistle into them, play behind the bridge - they fool around. Kitsch is something tasteless, vulgar. Kitsch exists where it is unconscious. When I declare it - I mean there is some provocation. By the way Litvinovsky said: "Why is it kitsch, it is such a great music".
